What if Church wasn’t, like, a ghost, but instead was an AI like Cortana or something? That would be totally crazy! And all the other AIs are just fragments of him after the original human him tortured him and got rid of his memories so he wouldn’t realize that the bits and pieces of him were really him. Crazy, I know!
